Asian Young Aerosol Scientist Award (AYASA) 2009
In order to promote aerosol research by young scientists in Asian countries, the Asian Aerosol Research Assembly (AARA) announces the "Asian Young Aerosol Scientist Award (AYASA)" for the year 2009.
Nominations corroborated by the letters of recommendation and supporting documents including the nominee's curriculum vita and three most significant research publications, must be received electronically no later than May 31, 2009 by the Award Committee.

With a view to encourage and promote the outstanding work of the individuals in the field of aerosol research, IASTA has instituted two awards. These awards recognize the individuals under the following categories:
Indian Young Aerosol Scientist Award (IYASA)
This award will be conferred on a deserving candidate once in two years during IASTA conference. The eligibility criteria for the nominee and details of sending the nominations for this award will be put up here soon. The nominations will be scrutinized by IASTA Award Committee whose decision on the conferee will be final and binding.
Best Paper Award in IASTA Conference
IASTA will confer two awards for platform presentations and two for poster presentations during its conferences. Other details will soon be notified.
Support for attending overseas conferences
IASTA also supports the individual members with financial aid for attending overseas conferences and symposia. Applicant can put up his/her case with IASTA Executive Committee by filling out the Support for overseas travel online form.
